Tips for Speeding Up SEO
One of the greatest challenges in Search Engine Optimization is having to compete with a huge number of websites competing for the same keyword. Any changes to a site, in trying to improve organic search results, often take time to reflect in search engines. This requires a lot of trial and error, and in the process, there may be some inaccuracy and lack of quick measurement concerning the effectiveness of the SEO work done.
One of the main obstacles in getting quick results for SEO has to do with the rate of data acquisition and the processing speed of the search engine. We are typically at mercy of the search engine for when it decides to crawl our website, though there are some things you can do to tell search engines that your site is ready to be crawled and workarounds to getting faster search engine visibility.
Indexing new content or website
If you have any plans of adding content, it’s important to put into consideration the delay period for algorithms, crawl rate, etc. To let search engines know that your website is ready to be crawled, it’s important to submit new URLs to search engines as well as to submit your sitemap to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

Piggyback on Already Established Authority Websites
Because SEO can take a long time, there are many websites that are already established, and because of that, can give you instant visibility simply by creating your own business page. Sites like Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Youtube, directories, review sites, and more can help to provide your business with instant visibility as quickly as the next day.
Local SEO
Localized SEO can take time when targeting a large number of cities; you’re responsible for creating content targeting a vast number of areas, and it’s difficult not only to come up with this content but to get it appearing on search engines right away. A workaround to this is to submit your site to Google Places, Yahoo Local Listings, Bing Places for Business and review sites like Yelp. Submitting your site to review sites and directories like will also help get visibility asap with quick visibility to your surrounding area.
